Negotiated Build Contracts
BWCL can negotiate the price specification and contract duration once planning permission has been received. BWCL can therefore interface with the design
team to ensure the client receives a prompt cost effective project.

Cost Plus Contracts
For clients wishing to avail of maximum flexibility and who may wish to alter
plans during a project. BWCL will provide this facility as an alternative option.

An existing Semi-detached dwelling house refurbished to high specification which included replication of existing ceiling cornices and coving, new marble flooring, zinc roofing and bespoke kitchen

Construction of 5,500 Sq. Ft. Detached dwelling house with external natural stone facade, geothermal heating system, solar panelled hot water system and bespoke marble staircase.

Complete refurbishment of an existing estate which included complete re-plastering, new doors and windows, complete re-wire, new central heating installation and redecoration. External works included new footpaths, driveways, garden walls and provision of new services.

This project consisted of refurbishment of a semi-detached Victorian dwelling house which included matching existing coving replication of existing timber windows, repainting of existing brickwork facade, with a 600Sq Ft. extension to rear.
